They are 3\u20136 times more efficient than other water heaters, save hundreds of dollars on utility bills and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.advancedwaterheatinginitiative.org\/s\/AWHI_CO2-Emissions_factsheet.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">1 ton of CO2 every year<\/a> compared to water heaters that burn fossil fuels.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s why at the nonprofit-led <a href=\"https:\/\/www.advancedwaterheatinginitiative.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Advanced Water Heating Initiative<\/a> we\u2019re teaming up with 12 HPWH manufacturers to offer two HPWH 101 virtual trainings for Earth Day.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re splitting the manufacturers up: six will <a href=\"https:\/\/events.teams.microsoft.com\/event\/e80c50b2-f2cc-49d2-b2ac-9b550b4ec2cd@320ff1b7-de61-41f6-a300-97f2ef37cabf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">present on April 21<\/a> and six will <a href=\"https:\/\/events.teams.microsoft.com\/event\/5b49273e-f70b-4cfe-a6dc-b7c041cecea7@320ff1b7-de61-41f6-a300-97f2ef37cabf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">present on April 22<\/a>. All of this will be virtual, free, and open to all.
