Afghan Women, Too

The Taliban’s war on women continues to plumb new lows with the enactment of a criminal procedure code that fails to criminalize most forms of gender violence. On International Women’s Day, the world should recognize, commend, and support the organizations inside Afghanistan that continue to stand up for gender equality.
